B | 九头马古民居二期保护性修缮工程于2024年8月16日开工，目前已全面竣工。本次工程总修缮占地面积4750平方米，修缮范围更广、核心保护点位更集中，全方位补齐了古民居整体保护短板，进一步筑牢古建安全保护屏障。 二期工程覆盖四大片区多个核心古建院落，具体修缮范围如下：西一路片区：大夫第、茂层公文魁厅、普庵堂、茂贮公文魁厅，修缮面积1790平方米；西二路片区：塔井厅、八扇七茂层公对朝厅，修缮面积1135平方米；中路片区：得月楼，修缮面积180平方米；东二路片区：茂团公接官厅、茂锦公文昌楼，修缮面积1645平方米。 施工全过程严格遵循修旧如旧、最小干预、原貌复原的文物修缮原则。针对屋面破损、墙体风化、木构件腐朽、传统雕花残缺等各类古建病害，施工团队开展精细化、原生态修复，最大程度保留古民居原有建筑格局、营造技艺与历史岁月质感，在彻底消除建筑安全隐患的同时，原汁原味守住百年古厝的闽派建筑风骨。 鹤上镇相关负责人表示，二期修缮工作一方面显著扩大修缮规模，连片修缮多处核心厅堂建筑，严格恪守原貌复原标准，完整留存建筑历史肌理与文化印记；另一方面，坚持规划前置、防护先行，同步升级消防设施，搭建智能安防一体化防护体系，同时提前统筹后续开放、展示需求，为古民居活化利用打下坚实基础。（记者 陈坚 通讯员 陈佳雯 文/摄）。
